How Drinking Water Helps to Cure Erectile Dysfunction
Drinking 3 litres of water a day helps to maintain a cool genital temperature. This is very important because whenever the genitals are cool they tends to produce more sperm volume, as heat can damage sperm count.
This is why you should drink at least 3 litres of water a day. Drinking water definitely helps to treat and cure erectile dysfunction.
Fruits and veggies are also helpful, ideally you want to eat: bananas, avocados, watermelons, tomatoes, spinach and pomegranates. These are not only high is water but they also contain essential vitamins and minerals.
Avoid fast food and sugary foods. Concentrate on proteins, fibre and carbohydrates. If you like dairy products make sure that you avoid full fat yogurt of milk. Opt for a fat free or 2% fat or less.
Doing cardiovascular workouts on daily bases also improves sperm count, volume and flow. Ideally you want to walk or run 60 minutes a day. This will not only help to boost sex drive but also help to regulate your blood pressure and circulation.
Not having enough blood circulation in the genitals causes erectile dysfunction. Therefore make sure that you do regular exercise for at least 60 minutes a day.
Lastly have a full 8 hours sleep at night. Studies show that sperm is more likely to be produced at night when you are sleeping. Therefore make sure that you sleep well and have a full 8 hours non-disrupt sleep every night.
