- Start doing regular cardiovascular workouts. Walk at least 2 hours a day. By doing this you will ensure that your body and genitals receive full blood circulation. This is very important because if there is no blood circulation in your penis you will find yourself with erectile dysfunction.
- Avoid drinking coffee and alcohol, avoid fatty and sugary foods, quit smoking and finally eat plenty of fruits and vegetables such as: watermelons, bananas, tomatoes, avocados, oysters and garlic. These sort of foods helps to produce testosterone, regulate your blood sugar levels and pressure.
- If you are obese or over weighted start working out daily in order to archive a 32 inch waist line. Statistics show that men with a 32 inch waist are the most sexually active.
